Make a grease cleaner to clean your kitchen grease-free.
DIY Grease Cleaner
Cleaning the kitchen can be a challenge, especially when it comes to removing stubborn grease stains. You can grab the store-bought solutions, but with a few common ingredients, you can make your own DIY grease cleaner for pennies.
1. White Vinegar
White vinegar is one of the best natural cleaning products around, and it’s ideal for removing grease from cabinets and counters. Vinegar dissolves the oily residue that builds up on most surfaces and leaves them streak-free. Fill a spray bottle with equal parts white vinegar and water to create your own DIY grease cleaner.
2. Lemon Juice
Lemon juice is another natural cleaning agent that’s great for getting rid of grimy residue and grime stuck in hard-to-reach crevices or thin cracks in countertops, backsplashes and walls. Dilute lemon juice with water or vinegar to make a sprayable degreaser; add salt to make a paste that scrubs away baked-on residue without scratching your surfaces
